Turystyczna Organizacja Otwarta in Numbers – Our Achievements

Turystyczna Organizacja Otwarta (TOO, the Open Tourism Organization) is a dynamically growing association whose main goal is to integrate and support Polish companies operating in the tourism industry. We bring together entrepreneurs, guides, tour escorts, representatives of the MICE sector (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and many others involved in tourism in the broad sense. Below we present our most important achievements in numbers – these figures reflect our commitment and the effectiveness of our work.

1,460 Registered Members of the Association

TOO currently has 1,460 active members who have decided to get involved in work for the development of the tourism industry. This is a large number of people from around the world, connected with Polish tourism companies. Applications reach us every day, which shows considerable interest in, and a real need for, support for Polish tourism businesses. Our organization attracts people involved in the tourism sector who are looking for support, an exchange of experience and a platform that enables cooperation and valuable networking.

Registering new members is a priority for us – every day we review new applications to make sure that those who join TOO share our values and our vision for the development of the tourism industry. Membership in the association gives access not only to knowledge and projects, but also to a rich network of contacts. TOO has become a meeting place for representatives of Polish tourism, regardless of location – we are building a strong community ready to support one another and work towards a common goal.

9 Active Working Groups on Facebook

Within TOO we run nine thematic working groups on Facebook, which enable members to cooperate closely and exchange experience in narrow tourism specializations. Each group was created with the specific needs of our members in mind and addresses the challenges faced by different segments of the tourism industry. For example, people working as guides can exchange advice and contacts with colleagues, while representatives of the MICE sector can jointly analyze trends in organizing events and conferences.

Access to the working groups is very simple – just visit the TOO website, find the relevant thematic subgroup and register. Each group has moderators who maintain order and the quality of discussions, regularly share up-to-date information and organize online meetings for members. It is a place where members can count on support, share their challenges and find answers to the most pressing professional questions. The Facebook working groups provide real added value – they help build relationships and solve problems that members encounter every day.

10 Projects for the Association's Members

TOO runs 10 diverse projects that support the professional and business development of our members. Our projects respond to specific needs of the tourism industry and include education as well as logistical support and promotional activities. For example, we run training programs that help members develop new skills and adapt to changing market requirements. We also organize industry meetings and seminars where members can learn about the latest trends, legal regulations and technological innovations.

The organization's activities focus on supporting companies both in Poland and abroad, helping them operate effectively in a dynamically changing environment. We carry out digitalization projects that enable our members to make better use of modern technologies in their tourism business. In addition, we offer advisory support on financing business activities, as well as help in establishing international cooperation. TOO's projects provide comprehensive support for members at every stage of their professional activity.

220 Press Mentions of the Association

Over the past months TOO has gained recognition from the media, which have noticed our commitment to the Polish tourism industry. Our activities have been noted and described in as many as 220 press articles, which shows our growing influence and importance on the market. Press presence is for us not only proof that we work effectively, but also an excellent opportunity to promote Polish tourism companies on a wide scale.

Thanks to media mentions, our association reaches a wide audience, including potential new members who may become interested in our activities and in the benefits of belonging to TOO. Articles about the organization appear in trade magazines, news portals and the local press, which allows us to build a positive image and raise awareness of our association and its role in the development of Polish tourism.
