One voice for the tourism industry

We represent small and medium-sized tour operators, travel agencies, carriers, tour leaders and guides, and HoReCa venues. We are one voice for almost 1,500 businesses, and it is on their behalf that we push for industry-friendly changes at the Ministry of Sport and Tourism.

Accessible Tourism 2026

From Facility to Experience — accessibility as a standard of quality and service, also without rebuilding the facility.

One-day conferences for staff of travel agencies, hotels, attractions, carriers and event organizers. Also led by trainers with disabilities: hands-on practice with equipment (wheelchairs, goggles, simulators), customer communication and solutions that can be implemented immediately.

  • Serving customers with various disabilities, seniors and temporarily limited persons
  • Professional and respectful communication — how to help and what to avoid
  • Low-cost solutions, without venue remodeling, and a change plan for your own company
