Sejm Passes Short-Term Rental Act: Bans in Housing Communities and Zones in Municipalities
The Sejm has adopted an amendment to the Act on Hotel Services and Services of Tour Guides and Tourist Guides. It strengthens the influence of residents, housing communities, cooperatives and municipalities over short-term rentals. The act now goes to the Senate.
