The 10th ALLinTOO Is Behind Us — Two Days of B2B Talks in Warsaw

The jubilee 10th edition of the ALLinTOO international tourism workshops took place on 22 and 23 October 2026 at the Campanile PRIME Warsaw Airport hotel in Warsaw. Turystyczna Organizacja Otwarta (the Open Tourism Organisation, TOO) was a partner of the event.

The workshops brought together 90 exhibiting companies at 70 tables and 120 tour operators from Poland, Hungary, Italy, Bulgaria and Pakistan. Including media representatives and special guests, nearly 230 industry professionals took part.

Two meeting sessions on the first day

The first day was filled with pre-scheduled 15-minute B2B meetings, held in two sessions: from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. On the supplier side were DMCs, regional and local tourism organisations, hotels and hotel chains, attractions and transport companies; across the tables sat tour operators and agents. The evening included dinner, a prize draw and a party with a DJ.

On the second day, participants travelled by coach to the centre of Warsaw for sightseeing and team-building games, followed by a shared lunch.

TOO and the Bulgaria branch

At the TOO banner, “Your partner in Bulgaria / Твоят партньор в България”, visitors could talk with representatives of our Bulgaria branch about cooperation on the Bulgarian coast, extending the season and offers beyond the beach.

ALLinTOO is an international B2B tourism workshop for the leisure travel and MICE sectors, organised in Poland twice a year. Each edition brings together around 60–80 tourism suppliers and more than 100 tour operators from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
