ASIA ROAD SHOW 2025 Is Back! Southeast Asia Within Easy Reach Once Again!

We are delighted to announce that, after a short break, we are returning with our flagship series of meetings for the tourism industry! The hugely popular ASIA ROAD SHOW is once again heading across Poland, this time under the banner "Destination: Southeast Asia".

Together with our partners – the Turystyczna Organizacja Otwarta (Open Tourism Organisation, TOO), the Embassy of Vietnam and Polviet Travel – we invite you to a series of inspiring breakfast panels. It is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself, among professionals and experts, in the fascinating world of Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Myanmar.

How to join? Registration and practical details

Participation is very simple and works the same way in every location.

• We invite one person from each agency. The meeting is aimed at owners, managers and employees with extensive industry experience.
• An additional person? If you would like to bring a second person from your company, the cost of their participation is PLN 100. Please register them by name.
• Dress code: smart casual.
• Remember to bring your business cards (traditional and digital)!
