  • Working with ChatGPT and Perplexity – preparing offers (25 min) – Quickly generating personalised travel offers.
  • Chatbots in customer service (15 min) – Automating communication and support for travellers.
  • Creating social media posts with AI (25 min) – Generating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
  • Automation and personalisation of communication (15 min) – How AI helps build better customer relationships.
  • Best practices, security and AI ethics (10 min) – Key aspects of responsible use of AI.
  • Q&A session, summary, inspiration (15 min)
